1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using SAVIYO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. What SAVIYO Does
SAVIYO is a purchase-protection app that helps you track return deadlines, refunds, warranties and receipts. SAVIYO provides reminders and information to help you act before important deadlines pass. SAVIYO does not automatically request refunds, make financial decisions, or guarantee any recovery of money.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the purchase information you save and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information when using receipt scanning and purchase tracking features.
4. Subscriptions and Refunds
SAVIYO offers a free plan and an optional paid plan, SAVIYO Pro, available monthly or annually. Subscriptions are managed through the platform's billing provider. subscription at any time, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. All payments for SAVIYO Pro are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused subscriptions, or any other reason once a payment has been processed. If a payment is charged in error, contact us at support@saviyo.app for assistance.
5. No Financial Advice
SAVIYO does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Any metrics shown, including "Money at Risk" and "Money Recovered," are informational and based on data you enter. You remain responsible for all decisions regarding your purchases.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse SAVIYO, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, reverse-engineer the application, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
SAVIYO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAVIYO is not liable for any missed deadlines, lost refunds, or expired warranties arising from your use or non-use of the application.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SAVIYO after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
